Online Coach Training Program

Online Faith-Based

Coaching as a Youth Ministry is a priority for Coaching Coaches and we have developed a unique blend of Christianity, coaching strategies, and engagement which has resulted in the finest faith-based coaches’ training program available today. We offer this as an online program with many unique advantages.  The program is delivered in multiple sections to maximize the experience and keep the viewer engaged.  The coach can take the course at his/her convenience over a period of time and are quizzed after each section.  In addition, the coach can revisit any part of the training at any time to maximize knowledge retention.  Finally, any coach using the online training will have immediate access to the Coaches Continuing Education, (CCE) area of the website.

Online Non-Faith Based

This style offers all of the same great benefits as listed above, but without the focus on Youth Ministry and Christianity.

Lecture-Based Coach Training Program

Lecture Faith-Based:

Coaching Coaches, LLC has been working with faith-based organizations since the early 1990’s to deliver lecture-based training to coaches.   This training program focuses on youth coaching as a ministry and models our program around the teachings of Jesus Christ.  The training program also provides faith-based coaches with the practical side of coaching children by addressing such subjects as:  coaches as teachers, yelling vs. teaching, effective communication, effective practice and game preparation, the benefits of a parent/player meeting, discipline issues and many more topics, under the umbrella of Christianity.  This training program will create the best possible sporting experience for our children.

Lecture Non-Faith Based:

Coaching Coaches also provides its highly effective coaches’ training in a secular format.  In a dynamic and engaging training, coaches are introduced to such topics as coaches as teachers, yelling vs. teaching, effective communication, effective practice and game preparation, the benefits of a parent/player meeting, discipline issues and many more topics designed to create the best possible sporting experience for our children.

Testimonial

Organization in St. Louis, MO: “Our coaches have become more aware of their coaching techniques and how they handle their players, as well as how they deal with game officials and opposing coaches.”

A highly regarded American university surveyed 10,000 kids in 11 cities, and the No. 1 reason kids quit sports is "it just isn’t fun anymore.” We can correct that trend with educated coaches and leaders.
